ACM Technologies, Inc. acquires EDM Resin Regeneration Business from Ameriwater, Inc.

FOREST HILL, MD – ACM Technologies, Inc., a sister company of ResinTech, Inc. has purchased the EDM Regeneration business from Ameriwater, Inc. of Dayton, OH. ACM has relocated the business to a 6,000-square foot facility in Bedford Park, IL. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“We are excited about the acquisition and the opporunity for ACM to provide products and services to our strategic partners in the Midwest Marketplace,” said Jeffrey Gottlieb, President of ACM.
ACM Technologies specializes in the regeneration of ion exchange resins used for metal finishing, EDM, waste treatment and resource recovery applications.
ResinTech, Inc. is a manufacturer of ion exchange resins, activated carbon, and specialty media used for water and wastewater treatment.
