ACM Company, Inc. acquires OTC Laboratories

Forest Hill, MD - ACM Company, Inc., a sister company of ResinTech, Inc., has purchased OTC Laboratories of Plantation, Florida. ACM plans to modernize the existing OTC regeneration facility and to expand the company’s line of products and services. “We are excited about the synergies created by this acquisition and our ability to service customers throughout the Eastern region while minimizing the impacts of ever increasing transportation costs” said Larry Gottlieb Vice President of ACM.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
ACM Company specializes in the regeneration of ion exchange resins used for Metal finishing, EDM, Waste treatment and Resource recovery applications. ResinTech, Inc. is a manufacturer of ion exchange resins, activated carbon, and specialty medias used for water and wastewater treatment.
